Tom Lynch
I have been involved in construction, project management, permit and planning issues for over 40 years in Sonoma County and the North Bay. I am well acquainted with many leaders in business and government, and am able to work with diverse people toward multiple goals, with patience and understanding. I have also spent three years (2006-2008) on the Sonoma County Economic Development Board. Additionally I served eight years (2009-2016) on the Sonoma County Planning Commission (chairman 2011 and 2016). For private projects I have been project manager numerous multi-million dollar commercial and residential projects.

Feodor Rogachev
Feodor is a problem solver, specializing in resolving building code violations and expediting the acquisition of building permits. His focus extends to a wide range of projects, encompassing both manufactured and stick-built homes, as well as ADUs and JDU's. With a keen understanding of regulations he efficiently overcomes hurdles to ensure our clients' projects comply with building codes and proceed smoothly.

Jocelyn Edmondson
As Portfolio Manager, Jocelyn oversees the tracking and progress of all our projects, with a dedicated focus on clients managing multiple projects with us. She ensures each phase runs smoothly and meets our standards for quality and timeliness. Recently, she has taken on in-house drafting work to further support our project pipeline, and maintains our website to keep our clients informed and engaged. In addition, Jocelyn excels in client communications, fostering strong relationships and ensuring that our clients are well-informed and supported throughout their project journey.
